マニラ男の手料理。まだまだ俺の料理はぼったくり。酒に合わせたいが、しかしマニラで買える酒は少ない。

日本酒は日本では10,000種類に及び、酒造は現在は少なくなったが、それでも1400軒以上ある。マニラで買えるのはその内精々１０種類。１５年前　月桂冠がフィリピン進出で、こちらの販売元を紹介した。今でもやっているが、当時の月桂冠の同行社員が、日本酒はマニラで売れると思い上司を離反して独立、他社製品を持ち込むなどおかしな事になっていたが、それがなければ、月桂冠だけでも１０種類以上良い酒が有った。その上に居酒屋　酒と料理を出す店　は日本全国で233000軒あり、それでも生計が成り立っている。

やっぱり日本で手料理を作る方が良い。材料も豊富だし、安い。しかしこう言う小料理が有れば、手料理する必要も無い。

Manila man's home cooking. My food is still rip-off. I want to match it with sake, but there are few sakes available in Manila.

In Japan, there are 10,000 Brand of sake in Japan, and although the number of sake brewers has decreased, But there are still more than 1,400. But I  can buy at most 10 Brand of them in Manila. Moreover  there are 233,000 izakaya restaurants nationwide in Japan.that serve sake and food, and they still make a living. After all , it is better to cook homemade food in Japan. Because  Food ingredients are abundant and cheap. However, if I have a small dish with sake in IZAKAYA like this, I don't need to cook it by hand.
